The location here is great - it's close to the charming old town, lots of bars and restaurants 🍹, and also a restaurant.

The breakfast choice was perfect with breads, cereal, and cheese. Location: the hotel was right by the main sights, the Old Town of Torun, and the centre of the town. Very good service, just what we needed. Everyone was superfriendly and professional...

Torun Old Town Is fantastic. Heban hotel location is very handy. Breakfast polish food excelent.

This hotel exceeded high expectations, we can recommend to others. The breakfast was tasty and the place was fairly clean. The venue was set in the very central position near to the pedestrian area and the wonderful Torun town centre. The food was delicious and appetising, included cheese, meats, and slices of fresh bread.

I liked pretty everything - I have stayed in this hotel on several occasions already and it never failed me. The restaurant cuisine is particularly worthy of note: the food they serve is delicious.

This hotel in the Old Town exceeded my expectations in several ways. the value for money is excellent, with prices that won't break the bank. Secondly, the attention to detail is evident throughout, from the modern furniture in the rooms to the big windows that offer lovely views. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious - a wide range of options to choose from, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

We stayed at this hotel during Euro 2012 for 2 nights following the Ireland soccer team. It is a very quaint building with friendly english speaking staff. The situations is perfect in the centre of the beautiful town of Torun. Rooms are clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a lovely experience. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection of fresh fruits, cheese and cereal. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which was perfect for exploring. The rooms were spacious and offered modern showers that were a highlight of our stay.

That the hotel staff were not very informative about certain details such as the check-out time, which we had to ask about. the room lacked any festive decorations which would have enhanced the Christmas atmosphere.

our room was fantastic and quiet, available with well-designed kitchen and the bathroom which seems to have been refurbished plus big windows.

The staff was very amiable and competent. The room was generously sized and classically decorated. The breakfast had lots of options: cheese, meats, and bread. The location of the hotel was marvelous and lovely - within a close distance from a botanic garden.

Lovely suite, lots of space, good value and great location in center of the city.

The lift was smelly, need to replace the carpet.
